I just read this article, and I have to say, it left me thinking. I think we all get so wrapped up in our "numbers" that we stop doing what we started out doing. Sometimes it pays to take a step back and look at the big picture. I don't know how many other people here share my problem with diet, exercise and body image or anything else that goes with it. I do find myself gradually going to extreme ends to try and make a change in my body. Sometimes ill effects of what we do sneak up so quietly that we would never think we were doing ourselves any harm.
