Think I pulled a Muscle, Can I still workout?

So I think I pulled a muscle, yesterday, all day my calves were hurting. I could not run/walk without limping. Yesterday morning I did my mile ‘walk’ could not jog, & the 30 Days of Shred the best to my ability. I usually try to work out during my lunch time, but I skipped that due to boyfriend’s request that I take it easy. So this morning, I also skipped out on my morning jog & 30 Days of Shred because I had a ‘slight’ pain still, not as bad as yesterday but still there. It is now 9:00AM & I am feeling a lot better when I walk, do you think I should continue today as a rest day or should I still be able to work out during lunch & after work? Or should I take his advice & go easy on myself today? What do you guys think?

    Both............get a workout in, but focus on something that doesn't aggravate your injury.
