Ok I have started to take supplements on a regular basis just centrum multi vit plus some others (omega, co q10, vit c calcium) anyway I try to eat a variety of fruit and veg and now apparently I'm overdoing my vitamin a (which can be dangerous) by up to 400% is this another example of mfp over estimating? I have heard that fresh produce is a lot less nutritious than it used to be, not really sure what to do I severely lack in certain things can't find a multi vit without vit a....any advice?

Even with a multi vit I'm low on iron and calcium I don't particularly wasn't to get every individual vitamin minute a, seems too complicated and expensive0

Becky,
Have you looked at Juice Plus+ as a solution? JP+ is whole food nutrition from 25 fruits and vegetables, is organic, non GMO, and NSF certified.
