Goals Per Week

Hey all! I was just looking at my fitness goals, and how much I want to lose in a week. It was set at 1 pound a week, which gave me 1610 cals a day. Between working out and what I eat, I had a really hard time getting to my daily goal.

Is anyone here trying for more than 1 pound a week? If so how is it working for you?

I was plateau'd for awhile and I just kinda got the scale to budge. So when I changed my goal to 1.5 a week, its giving me a cal goal of 1310 a day, which is only 300 cals less. When I do exercise, I usually burn about 400-500 cals.

    My goal is 2lbs per week. I eat around 1400 calories per day and typically burn 400-500 at the gym (cardio + weights). I do not eat my exercise calories back. I eat when I am hungry and I always feel fulfilled. It is working for me. My diary is open if you'd like to check it out.
