I have managed to lose almost 10 lbs doing the weight watchers but I have found that I am struggling and the points don't exactly translate into calories and i want to see exactly what I am putting in my mouth in the way of nutrition also. This was recommned as a great site and i am pumped to work on this last 10 lbs and get invovled here.

Hi Cathi...you are where many get to on Weight Watchers. It's a great program but most learn how to beat the system especially with the points system that provides a lot of freedom and few requirements. My success with WW was incredible 28 years ago when it was very structured but the recent attempt was not too successful.
You will love MFP and, if you like the points system there is a way of adding it to the data just to monitor. But MFP will help you get in your protein and watch your other nutrients.
