I suffer from gastric problems which really hinders my loss if I get off track. I haven't lost anything for a few weeks, however I've maintained while I've been working through healing some ulcers....
Today I am feeling particularly bloated, but a co-worker saw me in the cafteria and told me I was looking amazing and wanted all my secrets....
Even on our most negative days, we are an inspiration to others!! I can't think of a better NSV than that!!!
