I have cankles, they are the one thing I am most self conscious about over everything else.
The only plastic surgery I would ever consider is cankle reduction surgery (yes it exists, i've looked into it) but sadly the results don't make you magically have dainty feminine ankles :grumble:

Depends on subjectivity. Her ankles are almost as wide as her knee joint giving the "illusion" that they look like cankles.

The only plastic surgery I would ever consider is cankle reduction surgery (yes it exists, i've looked into it) but sadly the results don't make you magically have dainty feminine ankles :grumble:

Try to make an illusion of smaller ankles. Build up the calves more (not crazy built) as well as the quads. Since joints don't increase in size, then having a little more muscle creates an illusion.

I have 17" calves currently, although not muscular, I'm trying to lower my BF% (currently at 29% so I got a ways to go) and get them less fatty more muscle, but yeah, they still look like cankles even with 17" calves.
