I made this salad a few days ago and it was delicious!!

I love goat cheese on top-

    Looks divine, though must have a decent calorie count. Looks worth it though!

    I dont think its so bad, broiled and not fried, so just the bread crumbs, cheese, egg and a bit of oil..you can also get light goat cheese!
