HOW SOON CAN I SEE RESULTS??

Im not going to lie, i am kindve OCD when it comes to losing weight.. in the past with diet pills and crash diets i was able to feel and see results within the 1st week. for those of you that are on the 1200 calorie a day diet, how soon was it? i tend to get really discouraged if i don't see any results =(

ps. o cant really exersise due to a surgery i recently had. so i do cardio like once a week.. BUT i am eating healthy...

Hard to say. At the end of 4 weeks for me I lost 11lbs, but I also have a lot to lose. But also take measurements, because those might change even though the scale doesn't move much.

It may seem long, but consider the fact that your much less likely to gain weight back by going the slow route.

You should start losing right away, as long as you are consistent! 4 - 6 weeks and you should be able to tell visually. Stick with it! That's the only way it will work.

Obviously the past diet pills and crash diets haven't been long term since you are currently looking to lose again. Might want to try being healthy and losing at a normal rate so you don't have to crash diet and take diet pills again. Just a thought.

I gained 5 lbs but look better than I have in years. I am almost done with my first run through of insanity though. It took 6 weeks for me to see a difference and it was disheartening at first because the scale says Im gaining.

Everybody is different, for me, I've lost 10 lbs. and about 12" around my waist in under 3 months. I have more stamina and energy, my arms don't jiggle at all, I wanted to lose SLOWLY and it's working great. I could tell after the first four or five weeks.

Give it a good 6 months honestly. Eat more than 1200 calorie per day.

Honestly, if it were not the clothes fitting differently, the extra skin, or the comments made by people I know, I don't think I could see the 45 I just lost. I find it hard to believe actually. I saw a picture recently and it was really obvious. Our body image is often not very accurate.

When doing 1200 calories, I saw results the first week (1-2 pounds lost), and I was already pretty darn thin. I'm guessing it was just water weight lost, though.

It takes 4 weeks for you to see the difference
It takes 8 weeks for your family to see the difference
It takes 12 weeks for the world to see the difference.
