oroweat dark rye bread

I have been eating this bread throughout my diet because it is low in calories, fat, and sugar. However I was recently doing some research on healthy bread to eat and they said that it was not good for you. I have hit a plateau in my weight loss. Could this be part of the reason? Should I stop eating it even though I love it and it's convenient to get a hold of, and switch to an alternative? help, I've been researching everywhere and there's not much regarding this bread!
