    I got an opened but never used copy from a guy on Craigslist. Completely legit and only cost me 35 bucks. I got much better cardio endurance but it got painfully repetitive toward the end. Loved how I felt after I finished though. I have severe carpel tunnel, so all that floor work (planking and push-ups) was rough on me. It's an effective program for sure. I just started turbo fire and I'm in love! It's so much fun I don't even get bored and my calorie burns are as high or higher than insanity.

    Love it, I am on round two and although I couldn't afford it (pirated it) as soon as I have the funds I will be buying a copy.

    I did not lose many pounds but I lost a lot of inches.

    I'm not in GREAT shape, but you can always modify the moves to fit your level of fitness.

    I think I could handle "Focus T25" much easier than "Insanity".
