    Just wanted to say I find you very attractive.     I don't rate myself, I've already been rated. Not by my appearance, weight, strength, how much I can lift, if I lift, how buff/handsome/ripped I am, how confident/intelligent/wise I am, etc. (I could go on).

    I've been rated and I got a 10. And I always will.

    Some could say that I should lower my rating...

    but honestly I think you people think to low of yourselves.

    I mean, honestly, I would say we are all fairly awesome if only because we are taking the initiative to improve ourselves. That's already worth a 10 if you ask me.

    So start loving yourself ladies and gents and raise that confidence AND those numbers
