What advice does anyone have for a person starting corssfit?. I am in a 10 week "weight loss boot camp" class, and while they are not requiring it I am also trying out the paleo diet. I worked out once with the class and it beat me like a pinata, it was two days ago and I am still feeling it in my leg, and class is 3 days a week. Dont get me wrong I am determined to see it out, I am just wondering if I should expect to feel like I have been beat up till June, hopefully it will all be worth it.

100% worth the pain. CrossFit never gets easier, you just get stronger and better. Try some Recovery protein powder, makes recovery time a little shorter, less sore.
I did Bootcamp for 3 months before I transitioned. I have been doing CrossFit for 5 now, I will never go back to a regular gym. Ever.. Sick with it!
