no drugs, no "diet". I'm trying healthy eating and YOGA!

I am sick of being chubby and using my fear of exercise as an excuse. I have been eating really well (fresh foods, lots of lean meat and veggies, good fats, watching calories) but have not been losing weight. I am 28 170lbs 5' 3 and have not worked out for more than 10 mins since gym class in high school. I tried cardio dvds but never made it past the warm up! Today I purchased Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown and COMPLETED the full 30 min workout :D I was so proud of myself that my eyes welled up with tears. my entire body was engaged and it felt wonderful! GREAT WORKOUT! I will be trying to complete a 30 min workout 3 days a week and go from there. I will try to keep posting.

    awesome. keep it up! i was in a similar place and started with dvds at home. now i go to hot vinyasa yoga classes five days a week. it's changed my body entirely. feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like!
