Looking for friends and People to be a rock/encouragement

Hi all,
So I am 19 will be 20 in July my starting weight was 315lbs so far I have lost 22lbs and I am currently 294lbs I am to lose another 150lbs - this is just through going to the gym 3 times a week keeping active and watching what I eat and making sure its the healthy stuff.
I work in a call centre full time so I spend about 7 - 8 hours at a desk.
The reason I want to lose weight is mainly health I want to look and feel good and confident about me and who I am I can't ever remember being slim or skinny I have always been overweight for my age - but that is changing!!!
I am looking for people to make friends and to encourage me on my journey I have found it so hard to get my head around the diet part of it.
I have started on Whey protein shakes today to I had half of one before and half after so fingers crossed it goes well
