When it says Maggi - Cheesy Chicken & Bacon Pasta Bake, 1/4 of total meal, and the calories are 504, does that mean for the food altogether? Or just for the actual pasta bake mix?

    Well when I typed it in the search box and added it to my food diary, it came up as 504 calories but I'm unsure whether that's for just the actual mix or the entire meal.

    *is totally useless at working these things out*

    If its part of the meal it should (on the back of the packet) have a little * sign that says next to it *when prepared in a meal .... or *with 100g of pasta etc

    Check that mayhaps?

    If not...then its just the sauce
