I am new to fitness pal but not new to dieting. In the past I have struggled for a long time with not much success. I have lost 100 lbs since last August and did some of that the unhealthy way. now Im going to try and lose weight the slower more healthy way. Its going to be frustrating, i can tell already but we do what we gotta do right!

    Hi! I'm new, too. I'm very intrigued by your 100 pound weight loss! What is your goal? I really am motivated to be healthy, but it sure doesn't hurt to look good, too!
  • Hey I am new on here as well, I am a mom of 2, my daughter is 18 months and my son is 7 weeks old. I am wanting to get back down to a healthy weight. I am really excited about using this site

    Part of the weight loss was from doing the 500 calorie diet. I lost too much, my hair started to thin and I felt terrible. So now Im doing it the healthy way of 1200-1600 calories per day
