please check my diary

so today I have started a new eating plan
please can you see what my diary looks like today I feel I have done better

I have a BBQ Saturday I will really be put to the test then!!!!

my stomach seems to be bloated this week which is getting me down as I seem to look like I have put weight on when I no I ant
I tend to hold a lot of water I drink about 4 bottles a day
is there something I can take to stop the bloating?

I know I posted a topic yesterday asking the same thing that's the reason I started a fresh today I even had breakfast ( not like me )
