Food Obsesed

Hello! I've been on my fitness pal before and it worked, but I'm back because I can't maintain.

I was doing great, then went through a very stressful time in my life--when I'm stressed I lose weight like crazy and can eat whatever I want. But now that my life is back to normal and I should be happy, I'm just getting chubby! going from eating whatever to following a plan and eating healthy food is really hard this time.
I also have started dating a guy who is a body builder and has to fuel his body all the time, having food around me constantly makes it hard to control what I eat. I want to eat every time I get bored, go on a date, if its even close to being a meal time--I just always want to eat.

I do exercise regularly, 3-4 times a week, but it's not enough when I can't control my diet.

Help me please! I've got a bikini that is my goal to look great in and I won't get there unless I can control my food obsession! I need good advice and good friends on this site to help motivate me.
