Francine's Finest "Super Bars".. thoughts?

Hi again everyone! I'm still trying to lose weight 
My neighbor at work makes these bars, sells them to grocery stores / health food places... I'm wondering if perhaps I should be eating these for breakfast daily or something?
The ingredients sound pretty darn good:
Organic Quinoa, brown rice & millet powders, peanuts, unpasteurized honey, ground whole dates, cocoa powder, grapeseed oil, kelp powder, pure vanilla extract, crispy rice, sea salt.
170 calories
5g fat
5mg sodium
36g Carb, 6g Fiber, 17g Sugars, 6g Protein
I can get them for a reallllyyy good deal compared to buying them in the store, what do you guys think? Good idea?

I was surprised to see them in the MFP database, so obviously other people have had them?
