According to the government. :) Today, my BMI finally dipped below 25.

Granted, I'm on the upper border of normal, and I am not "large frame" (I just have a large head, but when I was fat I really believed I was large frame). but still, it is a huge milestone for me to officially be in a healthy range.

I have 10-13 more lb to go, but I am no longer among 2/3 of overweight or obese Americans. That took a lot of work but it was worth it.

I am not one of those people who aim at the lower range and will always feel they need to loose another 5lb.

I'm almost happy with where I am, and once I get closer to the middle of the healthy range, I will stop losing. I don't believe my
body was designed to be at 104lb and I don't want to fight with it. 125-130 is probably best for me.
