Hey ya'll. Yup. Southern girl here. I am new to this but not new to yo yo dieting. I have been dieting since I was 14 and look where that got me! I don't want to be bikini body ready, come on, I am over 40 and way to flabby for that. I just want to be healthy and I am tired of trying fad diets just to get frustrated after a few months so I end up giving up. I want a lifestyle change so I will actually live past 50! I sit at a desk for 10 hours a day analyzing numbers so that doesn't help much. I also have arthritis in both my knees and my hips. I have been told by my orthopedic doctor that I need to lose before I try any really strenuous exercising, kinda confused on how that is going to work, but I am going to try taking little walks around my building during the day and at night around my neighborhood. I need help coming up with good food ideas so I don't end up eating the same ole salad day in day out and end up getting tired of it and quitting. Well I guess that's about it. Not so good at the whole "talking about myself" thing lol.
