Greetings fitness folks!

I have been on this site for about a month and have been struggling with my weight for my whole life. I want to be living a stress-free life where weight is not an issue and am able to enjoy it without being held back. I have yo-yo dieted my whole life and want to end that cycle. I am a positive person who is looking for other positive folks out there!
