Setting Macros Goals

How should I set these (fat, protein, and carbs)? I am upping my calories to 1600 based on my BMR and TDEE - 20%. I know I have been eating too little, so I crossing my fingers and hoping this works. My stats are as follows:
Age: 38
SW: 170
CW: 160
GW: 135
Height: 5'5"
Activity: third grade teacher and 30 Day Shred 3-5 times a week
Did I leave anything out?

Thanks! That's what I had. I do great with meeting carbs and fats, but never protein. UGHHH! I know how important protein is, so I am really going to work at that!0
