New Normal!

I think it is safe to say, if you started your commitment to better health at the beginning of the year, you have changed your lifestyle. They say it takes six weeks to make or break a habit. Congratulations on your new life!

    I think you've done great! I have quite a bit more to go, but you're an inspiration to me. It just proves that this approach to weight loss can work if you follow the guidelines. I have lost 14 since March 14, so I'm "over the moon". I can only imagine how much better you are feeling. I know that at 14, I do feel so much better. I am proud of your wonderful accomplishment. Keep going strong and take care of yourself!

    That's great! I do feel great. Some days are better than others but overall I feel so much more energetic. I have a long way to go but I've really knocked a chunk of it, out of the park this year, so far. I could barely breath before from the fat sufficating me.
