After almost 18 months and lots of will power, I'm down almost 100 lbs and staying steady. Still struggling with the last 14 but not giving up. I started counting calories with a notepad and pencil until I found myfitnesspal.com. I can do so much more with it. A good diet and changing up exercise routines did the trick. Don't let plateaus discourage you! They come and go but you can do it! If I can so can you! I went down 9 sizes. I am literally 6 sizes smaller than high school and feel a whole lot better too. Only 14 to go!
