Just a little moan getting fed up with myself. I have another 7 pounds to go to my first mini goal. Worked my butt off the last month did the 30 ds shred straight lost about 3 pounds and 6 inches. While I can see the change in shape I still feel massive. My diet isn't the best but I do stay within my calorie goal. Would love just a good weight loss one week instead of the .5 pound or nothing.
I know I need to clean up the food less carbs and rubbish

Hey, I'm kind of in the same boat. I just keep telling myself, as long as the scale isn't going UP, I'm in good shape. I have been consistently losing, but slllloooowwwwwly, and have hit a minor stall over the last couple weeks. I'm being extra diligent about fitting in exercise every single day, and hoping to go down another pound or half pound by this weekend. Hang in there! It's still working!!0
