Hi All

I joined on Monday and began the 5:2 diet, I know it's not for everyone but I figured it would teach me portion control which is one of my weaknesses. On 2nd fast day today and its going great! Eating better on non fast days than I ever used to normally eat, feeling more energetic and happier.

I know I will have 'slump' days and would like to prepare for those by surrounding myself with positive, motivational people. Feel free to friend me!
