Bad shoulder/arm, modify w/ lighter weight on that side?

I had my clavicle fractured during birth and it caused some nerve damage, so I do not have full range of motion, it looks silly with bicep curls and overhead raises and I can only go about half way to putting my palm facing up with and extended arm. Anyway. I have been doing Jillian's videos for a while and have been using an even amount weight for each arm, which is what you should do, but my arm that has the nerve damage gets tired faster, but also looks like I have been lifting only on that side, lol. I am left handed and my left arm is 12in and my right is 13in. There is clearly more definition by look and feel on my bad arm and it looks way stronger than my left, but it is still more difficult when exercising. Any advice on whether I should I use a lighter weight on my bad arm since it has to work harder to do the same thing as my left or just keep trucking along? I don't want to get too uneven! Sorry if this was super confusing, thanks!!

I wouldn't do any weights without checking with a doctor. You may need physical therapy.0

Tagging along for this thread as I too have right shoulder damage and limited range of motion. No over head presses here along with a few more modifications to the way I strength train. Have to agree with the other poster, Doctor then quite possibly Physical therapy. Good luck!0
