I just started a squatting challenge. ( i know kinda late)
the day before yesterday i did 80 i am going to try and go up by 5 every other day. My legs feel heavy and slow but mildly sore.
Is that the norm and am i going to feel like that every time?
I felt really sore for the first 3-4 days, but after that it went away. I mean while I was doing the squats I still felt it quite a bit, but later that day or the next it wasn't a problem. My muscles just weren't used to be worked out that much, but they got used to it quick! Haha0
