the number on your calories changing...??

If everyday mfp puts your calories in a different range at start of the day...is it b/c of what you are averaging out ??? Just some days over 1400 other times under for example??

are you sure it's not exercise calories that account for the fluctuation daily calorie requirements?

    This.

MFP has a set goal everyday. WHen you log exercise, it adds those to your daily goal because of the way MFP is set up (it does not account for exercise in your daily goal, so when you log exercise it wants you to eat those extra calories back since it already has you at a deficit).

Or do you have something like a fitbit that links to MFP?
  • not sure.. new here.. just put in lose 2 pounds and let it set it for me last week......I do put in all my exercise daily and it shows me what I can eat back...but every morning when I log on...it's just a different start calorie number ??

In the morning before you log anything you should see your original goal, say 1500. When you log exercise it will add that, then the next day reset to the original.
I've never heard of the original goal changing daily. Sorry.
  • ok thank you will look for that...:)
