Yes another TDEE/TDEG question

So, I started MFP eating the recommended 1280 calories for my weight and 1 lb week weight loss. Lost 17 lbs in 11 weeks so all was good.
Then, for 3 weeks I stayed the same. I saw all the posts on TDEE... made sense so I up my calories. I have eaten at that level for 3 weeks. No change but I understand it can take a few more weeks.
Last night noticed I must have made a mistake because someone with similar stats posted higher numbers so I recalculated my TDEE again and sure enough I should eat higher yet!
Soooo, I think I have this right using: http://physiquelore.com/harris-benedict (thank-you to the OP)
Female
180 lbs
48 yrs old
5 foot 1 inch
Light activity 1-3 days a week - I do a 4 MPH walk for 30 mins 3x week and I am a nurse (lot of walking) but only work 3 days a week and 1 of those days I sit almost the entire time
BMR 1499, TDEE 2061 and I should eat 1561 Calories/daily to lose 1 lb a week
Sound correct?
Also, if I add in a day of over the top exercise (hours of yard work) which is not in the above "Light activity" would it make sense to eat those calories or just let it go and stick ti the formula?

Spot on!
About the yard work/other additional exercise, I would suggest logging if if it's particularly strenuous exercise like running more three miles, 10mi bike ride, etc.0
