So tomorrow I am doing this fitness challange and this is the schedule. I was told to eat pasta the night before so I have a tun of energy for tomorrow. Do I need to even need to count my calories tomorrow? I was thinking of wearing my polar but I dont think I want to wear it for 8 hours. Has any one ever done something like this? Also does anyone have any tasty healthy pasta isea?

Fairly sure you can give up counting tomorrow - just make sure you eat some protein and some carbs durnig the day too so you make it all the way through!!
Re: Pasta - you do need to carb load, but no fatty sauce on top as it just takes all the good you're doing away! I make a tinned tomato and dry sherry reduction with onions in the frying pan, then add some chopped vegetables, what ever you really like, I add prawns, but you could add whatever you wanted and cook it off - and it is gorgeous, just pour on top of the pasta - yum!0
