1200 calorie days

I am desperate to see what people eat on 1200 calorie diets? I find this all so hard. I need to get back on track and loose 75 lbs! Help by adding me as a friend if you are eating 1200 calories. Also I am a very busy working mom with 3 kids so foods that are going to be managable would be helpful!

You can add me and look at my diary to get an idea. Lots of fruits and lean meats such as skinless chicken or ground beef (93% lean 7% fat) and lots of turkey, turkey has a lot of protein and is filling so I get a lot of lunch meat and make a bread-less sandwich.0

Over the past year my wife and I have prepared recipes from Dave Ruel's Anabolic Cooking cookbook. It is a downloadable ebook, cost about 50 bucks. Is any ebook worth 50 bucks. No. But if spending 50 bucks for a book is enough of a catalyst to eat better, then so be it.
When we cook with his recipes, and log our nutrition here, we loose weight. Pure and simple as that. Sure, the foods get repetitive sometimes. And there are probably better books out there - probably cheaper too. Just giving one example here.
You could eat 5 meals a day from these recipes and be around 1200 calories a day. I'd suggest easing in to it... many of them are lower carb.
