Lowest Calorie Fruits

OK so fruits are high in natural sugars, which means that some are pretty high in calories. Tell me....which fruits have you found to be the lowest calories? I know 1 cup of strawberries is 53 calories whereas 1 cup of bananas is 130 or something. So other than strawberries, what are other low calorie fruits??

I own the Betty Crocker "300 Calorie Book" and under fruits they have:
1/2 cup blueberries - 40 calories
1/2 medium grapefruit - 40 calories
1/2 cup grapes - 55 calories
1 medium orange - 60 calories
1 medium peach - 40 calories
1/2 cup pineapple - 40 calories
1/2 cup strawberries - 25 calories
1/2 cup watermelon - 24 calories
Now these are a bit more calories but I think it's good to throw them in when you have enough calories to mix up your fruit:
1 medium apple - 80 calories
1 medium banana - 110 calories
1/2 medium cantaloupe - 95 calories
1 medium pear - 100 calories0 -
I have been doing the fresh cherries alot while their in season. Love em! Dole fresh, 1/2 cup, with pits in, 44 calories. Yum!0

Oranges! One orange is about 80 calories.
I also love McIntosh apples, which are about 80 calories as well.
Watermelon is pretty low (actually, any melon is pretty low in calories)0 -
As a general rule, most citrus, melons and berries are low in calories. I can't believe how many strawberries I can have for 100 calories!0

For most people it is best to look at the glycemic load of a food than its calories.......... Losing weight is not as simple as calories in, calories out like they say it is.
Apples are low glycemic and so are berries and a host of other fruits.
They are generally "better" for you.0 -

Clementine tangerines are 35 -40 calories per average-sized tangerine. I love them because they are portable, easy to peel, satisfy my sweet tooth, and fill me up too.0
