What is your favorite mode of training: straight sets, pyramid sets or reverse pyramid? And why?

Hmmm... Was this a stupid question?0

No, it wasn't a stupid question. Just people didn't feel like answering.
For me, mostly straight sets. Except for deadlifts, which I like to ramp up.0 -
I've been doing pyramid sets but I feel like I did better on straight sets. So I'll go back to that soon. I was just trying to change it up a bit.0

For power, ascending weight. For hypertrophy, straight sets.0

Thanks for responding. It seems like its just a case of trying them all out to see which I like best.
