Fitbit and BMR/TDEE

Hello folks,

Another question while I work on my goals...

I have a Fitbit, and use it every day. I am figuring that I need to start eating approximately 1700 calories/day based on my calculations. Should I stick to that number religiously, or go more by my Fitbit adjustments after exercise and activity?
