Ok guys, I really need support! Motivation! A reason to be here and lose weight!
Recently, I've been neglecting my duties of tracking my entries EVERYDAY. Maybe, if I had more friends, I wouldn't forget so much.
I would just like some help :)
Also, any tips on how to keep up with your diet? It's so hard ;p

    Weigh yourself every day or several times a week with the understanding that there will be fluctuations. It will keep you on track. Record everything you eat. After a while, you'll resist something because you won't be able to stand the idea of putting it down later.

    Staying motivate can be difficult especially when life gets crazy..i have this app on my phone so no matter where am at I can track. Been very helpful ..Good luck you can do this.
