squat/crunch/push-up challenge question

Hi all,
I'm on day 2 of this challenge and today I spread out the exercises throughout the day which made them easier to do.
Do they burn any calories because when I enter them as strength training exercises in the tracker no calories burned show up.
Do I just write them down and assume I'm not really burning much? Does that change once I'm doing more squats, like 50 squats vs 150 squats?
Help please!

Strength training typically isn't a calorie burner the way cardio is.
I'm doing the 3 way challenge myself this month and I'm not counting the calories. At most I'm likely burning maybe 20 give or take. So I'm considering it my "pad" for when I overcompensate for food measurements during the day.
I'm using the challenge to coincide with my cardio workout - so I get the cal burn from that.
How are you feeling? I'm incredibly sore and it's only day 2!0 -
Thank you, that makes sense!
I'm definitely sore! It's painful to walk down the stairs lol.0
