what the heck do i eat now?

I have reached my goal weight of 130lbs, and now am more focussed on my body fat% rather than my actual weight.
I am lifting 3x per week, cardio classes 2x per week and i train for tennis 2-3 times per week.
For the last 4 months when i was watching what i ate and dropped 24ish pounds, i ate
3 proteins, 3 fruits, 4 vegies, 2 health fats, 1 dairy, 1 whatever, 2 starches
So, now what? do i keep eating the same thing and watch and see what will happen or should i switch things up.

I'd keep eating the same things, actually. Maybe change it up a bit here and there, but it sounds like it's a decent lifestyle! Just start eating at your TDEE and don't subtract calories from that. Good job on reaching your goal weight!!!0
