Roses or tulips?

I want to send my mom some flowers for mothers day, and found a pretty good deal on proflowers. I can't decide between the roses or the tulips. They are both so pretty! I wish i could give both, but I can't. I never sent her flowers before, so this will be a complete surprise and she totally deserves it, but I just can't decide between the two.

    Personally i would say tulips, as they are just as beautiful. Though for myself even more so then roses. Tulips have a great look & they aren't the normal to buy for someone! :)

    Are you looking at potted or cut flowers? For cut flowers, I think roses are prettier and can last longer when well-cared for. If potted, I'd go with tulips as they can be easily and successfully replanted in a yard/garden to be enjoyed year after year.
