Hello everyone,
I'm new to My Fitness Pal and so far I must say I’m so satisfied with what I’ve seen and been doing on here. I just recently got out of a relationship that wasn't good for the both of us and saw my ex drop weight as soon as the split took place. I on the other hand seemed to be gaining. I want to and need to better myself but I know it’s going to take a lot of work and a process of retouching myself.
I love food and especially all the food that is bad for me and don't enjoy doing exercise at all minus dancing and boxing those are the only two physical actives I really enjoy doing. I’m trying to find exercises that are fun and will benefit me I love walking so I do walks and sprint short distances now and then. I’ve also used the Wii boxing as a way to do cardio and do strength training on my own and along with the Fit TV. I want to lose weight to boost my confidence, health and overall way of living.
