ok, here's my issue, or maybe I'm not really sure what my issue is:/ anyway, I'm not losing weight, I work out usually 3-4 times a week and eat less than 20g of carbs a day and stick around 1200 calories. Someone told me I might not be eating enough calories, but it's hard for me to even get to that many. I'm just not hungry. Anyways, I've only been doing this for about three weeks, but surly some weight would have come off by now, no? What could be my problem? any advice would help. Thanks

Are you eating back your exercise calories? MFP already has your deficit to lose figured in.

I don't think so. At the end of the day even after exercise I'm at 1200.

I'm thinking your net calories should be 1200 after eating back.calories.

Could you make your diary public? I'm sure you'd get more responses if people could see what's going on.
