Low Cal High Protein snacks

I need to get more protein into my diet without adding too many more calories. I find my starving the days after my big twice weekly work out ( also do other work outs but do a really big one two days a week)

I don't want to spend calories on filler. So if anyone can help

What are some good protein to calorie ratio foods?

    Protein powder.
    Tuna
    Chicken ( I seriously take cut up chicken as a snack)
    Turkey meatloaf cupcakes.

    All listed above are under 150 cals with more than 20 grams of protein.
