say somethings you've improved on during this journey!
mine would be that i'm a fast food addict. like once a day, SOMETIMES twice a day.
now: i have fast food once a week on Saturdays. but only if it fits in my calories. this was a huge step for me.

My bank account! I quit smoking, a pack a day costing me $6.40 a pack, i have not smoked for 81 days and saved over $500.00. I also stopped at the local Burger King on my way to work every day, I would just get a value burger and small fries, I have not done this for the 81 days also and saved over $200
It is not cheap eating junk! I have also improved my overall knowledge of how I should be fueling my body0 -
