Macronutrient bodybuilding experiment (natural)

I've only been in the game about six months on a serious level but I'm now trying an intermittent fasting macro focused low fat high protein diet. I did the old school bodybuilding six to eight meals a day plan for years and thought I could use a radical change just to see what happens this is the start of my journey. Anyone interested to follow or join?

    Intermittent fasting is like marmite, you either love it or hate it... For me it's tending towards hate because I would go hungry too early but it should be alright since your getting all the nutrients by the days end! :bigsmile:
