Heel spur

I've got a heel spur. I'll be going to have steroid injections in a few weeks but I was just wondering if anyone else who has had one might have some tips to help ease the pain?

    My BF has had them a couple of times and tbh there's not much you can do unfortunately. Gel insoles and ibuprofen might relieve it a little bit, and its stating the obvious but no high impact activity (running, jumping etc). Hope it settles down soon for you x

    I'll be having some steroid injections soon so hopefully that will help. And losing weight will take the pressure of as well. Will keep chugging along lol
