Question about lifting (girls)

Hey guys,

I currently do Body Pump two or three times a week (plus a little cardio and or/30 Day Shred on non-gym days), but I'm looking in to something like StrongLifts 5x5.

My question is - should I completely give up Body Pump and replace it with the heavy lifting, or can I still do the class occasionally? I absolutely love Body Pump and the feeling from lifting, but I think I need more if I really want to change my shape so maybe carrying on with just Pump isn't going to get me to where I want to be?

    do what you love and lifting enjoy life and love what you are doing

    I do cardo, rower, bike etc
    karate
    orienteering
    weights
    personal training sessions
    walking
