I've been dieting for a week now and I've also started exercising. I just cant believe how much my mood and energy levels have gone up. what other benefits (other than the obvious weight loss) has everyone experienced.

    Feeling good - the seratonin released during exercise, teh runners high, the satisfaction in seeing improvement each week.

    Fitting clothes bertter, and looking better in them.

    Nails and hair are stonger.

    Sleeping better.
