Have to say its a little more difficult then it sounds! lol Especially when its your first day picking up your exercise routine again about a couple months!! lol I was glad to do it keep it coming!0 -

Erm... Im about 20 in on one leg, does anyone else find their hip seems to 'pop' with every lift?!? Im a bit concerned!!!
hmmm... interesting... I 'pop' on one side, and get crippling cramp in the other!0 -
